They called us a week before our trip to tell us that they had doubled booked us and had to cancel our reservation. "Staff was extremely pleasant, room was clean and did not have any funny smells, area around was clean, even though we didn’t use the pool it looked very clean. Some maintenance needs to be done, ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floor did not work. Areas around the ice machines needed a mop it was stained and dirty. Lobby was clean with one flickering light. The fridge in our first room was broken and leaking the staff quickly changed our room without any issues. A/C worked wonderful and also did not...
