"A very beautiful resort, the food was above most resorts we have stayed at….we liked it very much. Our problem was the daily towel game to ‘reserve’ pool chairs. We have a couple timeshares that police this chair saving to 1 hour and then towels are removed. We didnt have any prob at the beach but we went by 8:30am. We are older and wont be waking up at 5:30am to stake our claim to a pool chair. There are other pools in 18 areas that looked empty when we saw them but they came with an added...

"we loved this property as a family of 5- 4 year old twins and a 1 year old. The water park area was great for them. we enjoyed the multiple pools and the long walk to the lobby- seeing all the wildlife. downsides was the food wasn't that great- and was very difficult to get reservations at any restaurants. but no one got sick which is always good. staff was good but very limited English for the waitstaff. Also no elevators for the rooms so plan accordingly if bringing a stroller. "

"Everything was perfect minus checking in. The room was not ready at 3pm.. waited an extra 40 minutes and ended up taking a different room in a high floor with my elderly mother (no elevators). The ATM never worked ( out of order). The entertainment wasn’t that great. One of the nights the band did not show up, but the entertainment girls made fun. The best thing about the place is the beach, breathtaking. "

"Overall the stay was fun and facilities are good but some areas could have been better: 1. The resturants food wasn't great (buffet was better) 2. Room are a bit outdated 3. Some public restrooms were not clean 4. Not all personal were service oriented. Some did and it makes a difference. 5. Even though we were 5 every day we needed to ask for more towels. 6. While buffet was good as mentioned some time it would take longer to get service or drinks But we did have a pleasant stay"
