"Over all the property was great only complaint is that there beds were really hard with no pillow top to accommodate it. Pool was cold and was not heated at all. Mixology bar made great drinks but smoker never worked while we were staying there also the elevator was out of order. Great customer service the servers went above and beyond. "The property is pretty. A ton of vegetation. The wild life is everywhere, which is neat but also a nuisance. They come and steal food from you. The food is okay, just not a lot of variety. Entertainment is lacking as far as shows. We did go to the spa which was great. Other than the hot tub didn’t work, which we were not told before hand. The biggest issue was hot water in the rooms. We rarely had better than lukewarm. We tried at many different times of the day including 5:00 am and later...

"My kids had fun, so that was great. But, they weren't in awe of the facility. They need to update their equipment for the outdoor athletic courts. We had two big maintenance issues (a leak and a/c was not working) in our room. They fixed them, but they shouldn't have happened in an expensive hotel. Especially the leak, it had been patched before and they just patched it again. I was very happy they gave us the VIP upgrade to the premium club, but the $200 upgrade was a hoax and we didn't use...
