"The experience was amazing, staff was so friendly and helpful everywhere you go. The beach was beautiful. I went with my best friends and we love taking picture so we were glad there was many “astheticly pleasing” places in the resort to take pictures. I wish we would’ve stayed longer, it was an amazing time. I would recommend having other activities booked outside of the resort so you can have more fun but other than that there is a lot of daily activities you can do in the resort. "

"We stayed in the king suite, living room and kitchenette with a big balcony. The Palm was exactly what we wanted. Close to everything. If you don’t like noise being kitty corner to 5th Ave strip there are a few places with loud music close by, we still didn’t find it bothersome. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a wonderful experience! "

"I attended a conference at The Reef 28 and was very pleased with the hotel as a vegetarian. The rooms were huge, and the water filling areas were close. The breakfast was huge, with so many options and someone who could make specialty egg products. I appreciated that the items were labeled, though in a few causes, I wish it was a little cleared as to what was vegetarian. I'm glad they rotated menus daily on the main restaurant. "Excellent accomodation. ools were clean. The buffet, food places and room services are too good. I would definitely go back again."

"Property was very pretty but definitely needed updating. We were in a preferred room but never had the mini bar stocked with the “normal” preferred amenities even when asked or requested. Check in and check out was very easy. The buffet was okay, I would try to eat at the specialty restaurants if I was a guest reading this review. The shower water temperature never did get hot, housekeeping was very attentive to the room. My daughter woke up on Day 3 covered in what appears to be bed bug bites...

"Overall, I would give this resort an 8/10. We booked not privilege, but our room was still reasonably sized with a walk in shower and a mini-fridge. It was also VERY clean. The beach had clear water, and I personally feel like there was enough beach to swim in. It was rocky but we had no issues wearing water shoes! The only downfall was the restaurant bookings. The 2 buffets were open but for the other restaurants, you have to book at 8am. If you do not book by 8:02, they are all full....
