"We always try to stay at this staten island location. We do like the convenience of being so close to the mall and other places to shop and eat. The only issue that we always have here is that it is dated. Chairs and sofas in the room, some carpeting and wall and ceiling touch ups should be thought about. Cloth chairs are simply not hygienic at all. Also, some of the staff, mostly the men, are not welcoming at all. I can say this because we have stayed here several times, and the male front desk...
