"All staff friendly "

"We really enjoyed this hotel. The location is perfect for tourists. The elevator system is effecient after you learn how to use it (there are kiosks near them to select the floor you want). The lobby is under construction, but we had read that before coming and were not caught by surprise. Baggage hold company was quick and efficient if you need them to watch you bags before or after check out ($6 per bag). Doorman was great at giving us tip of how to best execute our plans and getting us a cab when needed. The room cleaning was also great. Best we could remeber since Covid for sure. We were given a credit for each night for their lounge area which is a baby starbucks during the day and bar by night. But this was great to get drinks and snacks in the morning before heading out for site seeing. We will definitely stay here again."

"We will definitely return to the Arlo Midtown! Alex greeted us when we arrived at the front desk and made us feel so welcome and then every morning the staff in the restaurant started our days off with the most incredible food! Fernando especially was our favourite server - but seriously the food is IN-sane - huge portions of delicious breakfast treats like overnight oats with coconut cream and pistachio!! Beautiful, fluffy pancakes with mascarpone whipped cream and berries! Avocado toast with perfectly poached eggs! I love having a big breakfast before walking 15-20kms everyday seeing the sights. The hotel was very comfortable and close to the metro stations. Closest hotel to MSG if you’re coming for a game. Also, it just smells incredible when you walk in the door! If I come back I’d ask to stay on a higher floor just because the noise from the lobby started at 7ish. Otherwise an ideal stay! "

"Great location, especially if you’re arriving to Penn Station, which is a short walk away. Friendly and helpful staff – was able to store luggage before check-in and after check-out. Comfortable queen bed and decent sized room; view overlooked busy K-town area. Subway stops close by, plus very walkable to main tourist areas in Midtown. Would definitely stay again!"
