"The room originally given to us was not ready so room service put us in the room next door. The there is a giant frosted window to the hallway and the light is always on so your room stays well lit at night too. The sheets on both beds had some reddish brown droplets dried on them. The sheets and towels were scratchy and it feels like there is a plastic cover on the mattress it self. "Very nice property, we enjoyed the pool and the lagoon, compared to other places we visited, the lagoon area in front of the hotel was clean with crystal clear water. The staff was super friendly and professional! One thing we absolutely did not like is that you have no control over the AC, you need to call the staff to operate it and that was quite annoying, hopefully they will find a better way to do this, at least access to turn on/off would have nice."

"What an incredible tranquil stay. Staff is incredible, morning breakfast is healthy and so clean.
