"Haven Riviera Cancun was a great experience. The Resort, hospitality, food and amenities were all enjoyable and exceptional standard. I wasn't pleased with lack of being able to enjoy the beach. The description and pictures online, gives the empression of clear water and the abilitly to enjoy a beach day. That was not the case during my stay. However, I fully enjoyed the pool daily and the entertainment provided at the pool. The 24hr pool access was a bonus as well. "

"This is a beautiful resort that offers lots of restaurants, three big pools, constant daytime events and decent nighttime entertainment. What really puts this property above and beyond others I’ve stayed at though is the staff. We did go with the privilege option but the staff were over and above for every one I saw.
