"We really enjoyed the Sheraton and cannot wait until after their renovation to try staying again! We did have some issues within our room that were due to age but overall it was a good visit. It was super convenient to all the places we wanted to go and was perfect for our needs during this visit. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very clean! "Our stay at this property was perfect for a four day visit to NYC. The financial district was an excellent location, we had the subway and water ferry accessible (walkable and safe distance). But most importantly the staff was incredibly welcoming and beyond helpful (made us feel at home). Martin and Jennifer at reception were incredible too. In-property storage of luggage was definitely a highlight, this helps when flying in before check-in and giving us the opportunity to start explore etc....
