"My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights before Christmas. The location is very convenient to Times Square and the Broadway theaters (we only had a 10 to 15 minute walk to most places we wanted to go). The hotel is clean and safe. Love the vibe of the lobby. "Brittany was AMAZING. She acknowledged my daughter’s birthday. She needs a raise and every employee should strive to be like her. She was literally the best. Hard Rock was able to accommodate a high floor request. Room service and housekeeping were great. We thoroughly enjoyed the bathtub and heated floors.
