"My only complaint was that I believe I booked for the Arba 2 which from the pictures was a upstairs and downstairs. I could be mistaken but that was why I booked. I still ended up in a decent unit. The lack of communication up until the very last minute was a bit to much. No matter how much you travel nobody wants to feel stuck in another country without a place to rest. Note: Some kind of flyers for local restaurants. Some info about the grocery. Some info about near by events. Just some basic info about things going on around the area. Over all great place even the grounds keepers were very helpful full... There is so much to get into within the area I believe it should be part of your selling point"

"We stayed in the top floor in the “Superior Suite” and it was a dream! It was absolutely beautiful and the view of the untouched jungle behind us was everything! The bed was giant, I think larger than a standard King bed and was the most comfortable bed and pillow I’ve ever slept in. Blackout curtains in the bedroom worked wonderfully. The rooftop public pool was also extremely nice. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming and quick to assist when we needed a hand. The Aldea Zama area of Tulum seemed to be the most developed as far as paved roads go. We were pleasantly surprised after staying in the Veleta area first where everything is dirt roads and potholes currently (early 2025). We already want to return to Xambé. I just hope the price doesn’t skyrocket after all these amazing reviews haha! I have nothing negative to say. We stayed in 4 different places and Xambé was our absolute favourite! We want to return with friends next time! I left my heart at Xambé Tulum ❤️ "

"this place was great. easy access, lot of pre arrival communication. they also have bicycles for guests to use at no charge. would stay again. price per night was excellent. no pressure, nobody in your face but always someone around to help or answer question. although it is a condominium they have a restaurant that servers breakfast / brunch. 0800 tp 1400 "
