"This home was perfect for us and our group of friends whom were flying in to surprise a local Bronx friend for his 40th. The bedrooms were great and overall clean and decorated nicely. The location of this home was close to everything from walking distance to a 15-20min drive. We enjoyed the front porch and backyard for a cocktail or two. Not to mention that the house manager was great on communication. Thank you and we highly recommend!"

"This property is really nice and located close to the interstate. However, it is located on a big hill and there are lots of steps to get to the building. Once you get up the steps, its is the very first unit on the first floor. I would not recommend this property for anyone with a disability. You also have to carry any luggage you have up the steps as well. There was also a lingering odor or unpleasant smell in the unit our entire stay. So I gave this unit 4 stars because of the unpleasant...
