"The room was comfortable. Windows not sealed very well, could feel the cold air coming in. First room had no hot water so got my room switched. Got one hot shower and then the entire hotel had no hot water. Luckily I was checking out that day. Staff was incredibly helpful though and appreciated the continental breakfast."

"Chrishna was amazing and had excellent customer service skills. My only issue with the property is that I booked a room that accommodated 4 adults, didn’t pay attention when finalizing on expedia when I arrived I had to pay additional for 2 adults as the reservation said 2 adults. We had to pay an extra $120, no big deal that’s your policy I should have read more and paid attention but it was an additional to also add breakfast. "
