"The staff was friendly, despite experiencing some technical issues and staffing shortages. Sadly, the beautiful bar/lounge was closed for business but open for seating. The fireplace is very inviting, especially compared to the small and slightly awkward front desk area. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable, with minimal amenities or additional seating area. We heard hardly any noise other than the light drone of the nearby highway.
