"Loved this place! So many unexpected details!"

"Easy parking, lots of shopping and dining options close by. One negative - we called and asked for early check in 3 days prior. Confirmed 11am checkin for an additional $25. Drove 3 hours, arrived, only to be told that they were at max capacity the night before so rooms were not ready until 4pm.. Volleyball tournament, memorial event, and a corporate event were all happening that day. Should not be difficult to check capacity or provide better service than that. "

"Aurora and the other front desk staff were all very helpful. Our room had a nice view of the Willamette River, and there is a great bike path that runs right behind the hotel."
