"We loved staying in this cozy cabin like home. We walked in to a plate of homemade cookies and a basket of snacks. Cathy was an incredibly hospitable host. The location near the river was beautiful and it was incredibly quiet at night. Thank you for sharing your creative home."

"We had a terrific stay at the chalet. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, utensils and cooking pans. The weather was nice. The upstairs bedroom was warm the first couple of night and the nest wasn’t working because of the internet being down due to a fire on highway 97. It was back up the second day."

"Online pictures of the property did not do it justice. Much larger than we expected and incredibly clean. It was the perfect base camp for our excursions to Redmond, Smith Rock, and Bend. Fantastic place at a fantastic price."

"Chalet was just as nice or even nicer than the pictures. Very clean and well equipped home. We were only there for a weekend but thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We had to adjust our dates a couple of times and the owners were very responsive and kind."

"The house was in a fabulous location with plenty of space and amenities for the whole family. Would stay there again. Just one thing that really bothered me was all the construction stuff was everywhere around the outside of the house, other than that, the house worked out great for us."

"Very cool house! I was a little afraid it wouldn’t be as nice in person as the photos showed in the listing and it was, maybe even better!! Also it’s by far the best stocked home I’ve ever rented, we seriously needed nothing that wasn’t provided by the host! Cam (the host) responded very quickly to any questions and was very pleasant to deal with. My family will definitely stay at this house again! We highly recommend it!!"
