I was checked into a room that was already occupied but fortunately the person wasn't in the room at the time I entered it. Went back to the front desk and the clerk didn't seem at all concerned about this. Restaurant is hardly ever opened, and the place is going downhill.

Certainly! Here's an improved version of your hotel review: I hung the 'DO NOT DISTURB' sign on the door, but despite this, a housekeeper knocked multiple times between 9:00 and 10:30 a.m., well before the checkout time. This was very uncomfortable and significantly disrupted my sleep.

It is a terrible service, the sofa bed did not have sheets, pillows, blankets, we went to ask and they did not give us the receptionist was very rude

The staff here are always welcoming. I was greeted with a smile which made my not so great day a little better! The carpets need to be changed as I've stayed here twice and both rooms carpet look pretty worn. The property is clean and safe. I always get texts checking on me and offering solutions to any concerns I mention. Overall, a great place to stay!

We love the convenience of the location which is near the airport and of course the shuttle service that is provided. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating! We've stayed twice and have enjoyed our stay each time!

Expedia had advertised a 2 bathroom suite was available when it wasn't.I had reserved that option. Staff gave us 3 free breafasts and waived our parking fee for the inconvenience. Staff were helpful and kind. Sofa bed isnt very comfortable for an adult, but our son made do, as the price was very reasonable for 3 guests.
