The hotel itself is beautiful and both my kids, myself and my boyfriend really loved the Koi pond in the lobby,l. One big thing we DIDNT LIKE; they have Onsen Baths which they have set up as a bigger pool so when you see it online it looks like they have a pool for kids when in reality they don't. ( IT WAS A BIG DOWNER FOR ME AND MY KIDS) their Baths are ONLY gender specific so no cogender in either pool (sucks for families). ALSO kids are welcome with SAME SEX adult and they are NOT ALLOWED to "swim", "run" or "jump" in the "Baths" the only thing your allowed to do is sit and u can't even have a drink with u. (If your by yourself this hotel would be great because you get to be naked in the Onsen Baths which I thought was cool) The gym was nice. One thing we did hate was that there is NO MICROWAVES in the room, they have one downstairs in the lobby by the elevator. The mini fridge was like a mini mini fridge that barely holdanything. They have those fancy Japanese toilets, the shower and bath were cool setup. Water didn't get hot it was warm but not for long. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the hallway light/fridge area light until the 2nd day when you have to use your room key to power your room. NOW THE RESTAURANT, WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND PAYS THAT MUCH FOR MILK AND CEREAL???? Their menu was overpriced and I wasn't willing to try it at that point. They have a sake bar that's open late which is cool.
