"Pros: size of rooms, balcony, mini fridge, coffee maker, large bathroom, good value for price. Cons: room seemed a bit dated and carpet had stains, parking extra and may not be close to hotel, no breakfast buffet (2 restaurants on site). May be sketchy walking around downtown depending on day/time. Would stay here again as its a good value and was located in a good spot downtown."

"Homeless tents on sidewalk across street. Feces on sidewalk. Realize it's not hotel's fault, but...ick... No room cleaning on 2nd day of 3 day stay. Weren't told this would occur at check-in. This is a first in ANY hotel I have ever stayed in...including motels...and I am 67 years old. Housekeepers couldn't speak or understand English. Had to call 3 times for xtra hangers. Front desk staff had to bring xtra towels on Day 2. Perhaps you are having financial problems, but that seems...

"Everything was great except the lack of hot water. It was slow to arrive and never really got HOT! A lukewarm shower is NOT a HOT shower... Excellent service and attention to detail. Room was small but adequate. Even had bar soap instead of that excuse for soap they call body wash. Have stayed befor and will stay again."

"Housekeeping wasn't thorough when I requested full service. I do appreciate the upper level room. Stunning views. Very relaxing. It was nice seeing the bon fires lit 🔥 each night down below. Overall I had a very good experience and enjoyed the accommodations very much. "

"I slept like a baby!! The rooms are soundproof & dark, the beds are soft and comfy, and the rooms have a rustic cabin decor. The restaurant was exceptional with every seat having a great view!! Perfect place to bring a date!! I was most impressed with the staff. I was cranky and going through a tough time. The front desk clerk named Yuliana was exceptionally kind & professional while working with me, and I was not an easy guest! This is my 2nd time staying here and it is always my 1st...

"Good sized room with wonderful view. A bit dated, but the fact that you get a fireplace and fully stocked kitchenette more than makes up for it. The pool and hot tub were warm and very clean. The breakfast was no frills, but very happy to have it. Kid loved the fresh cookies each night. Staff was extremely friendly. Would recommend and definitely stay again. "
