"This property was an excellent value!! Great location with multiple public transportation options. Restaurant was understaffed but staff was amazing!! We paid for parking, which was affordable for the area, but seemed the garage was oversold. The garage does not have height guides, so if you have a top box then you may not be able to use the parking. Staff were very engaging and lovely. It does have a fitness room. We had a great experience. We stayed 3 nights but did not get housekeeping...

"We come to portland often, and we absolutely love to stay at the benson. It's a beautiful historic hotel, with lots of amenities and a great staff. Easy parking across the street. And lots of shops near by. There's also a lot of restaurants when then walking distance and the food downtown is exceptional. I highly suggest A stay at this beautiful hotel."
