"A friend and I went for New years eve celebrations. The property is beautiful and there were a ton of Christmas lights just outside our balcony. Pros: Clean, comfy bed, great breakfast buffet in the restaurant included, friendly staff. Cons: There is a gas fireplace which is the ONLY SOURCE OF HEAT. Our room was freezing from about 3pm - 1am. The bathroom floor is tile and freezing. "

"Had a long stay because of a medical procedure. The staff was wonderful despite their uncomfortable conditions in the loyy and common area that was without heat for an extened period of time."
