"The staff were incredible! Kind and resourceful. The rooms were nice and clean and cute! Free drinks upon checkin were a nice perk. I will say it was warm in the room but they gave us a fan and we were able to open the windows and that helped. The area is a little desolate, but there was a food cart lot just a few blocks away. That being said Portland as a whole seemed desolate and full of homeless folks. While it’s not the hotels fault at all, I didn’t feel safe being out after dark, but there wouldn’t have been anywhere in the city that I would’ve felt safe after dark to be honest. "

"I took my mom and daughter to this hotel for the first time and booked the deluxe suite with fireplace and ocean view and was absolutely impressed with the look and feel of the entire room and location. I loved the room, the kind staff. I had the most amazing sleep in a very comfortable bed and enjoyed the fireplace and the stunning views! The breakfast set up was also very good with a great selection and space to relax and eat. I wish I could have used the outside patio area because it was absolutely adorable it was just too cold this time of year to take advantage of it. The room felt very cozy and beachy and I loved the set up. I wish I could have stayed another night but I will come back as soon as I can. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and I think them for giving my very important family trip and amazing memory and experience. "
