"Check in / front desk staff are fantastic. That said with a dog we were placed in an empty building on the first floor with guests upstairs. The ceiling snaps and pops loudly with every movement upstairs. This keeps us annoyed / awake and causes our dog to bark. Premier property with the above, carpet from years ago, house keeping cleaning next door placed all of the bedding from the room next door on the ground in front of our door, room has a noisy brick bed, plastic disposable glasses...

"Its close to Willamette Pass for snowboarding. Not a lot of options in Oakridge. Updated room although the Keurig kicked our butt. The heater took a couple hours to really kick in and then it was hot and loud all night when it did start up. But it was convenient for snowboarding. It was raining a lot and the dripping outside was loud all night."
