"Room layout was not to my liking."

"Across the highway from the actual ski resort base, 10 min shuttle ride there, 5 min back well run and free. Hotel is a little long in the tooth, exterior looks great interior needs some tlc especially the hot tubs need updating. Room: nice, fireplace, view of the ski hill, king bed great mattress but a lot could be updated especially the carpeting."

"This is a nice property, and staff was very friendly. We visited for snowboarding with a few remote-work days in-between. The year-round summer vibes of the resort theme was a fun contrast during a winter getaway. Short walk to the gondola and free shuttles to either ski bases. Would be happy to return and recommend! "

"On a prior visit in which I stayed in a connecting room one could hear the conversations from the connecting room. I did not care for dinibg at José. And, I also found the hours too restrictive. For example, this is my third stay at Elevation Hotel this year. I fly into Gunnison. Generally, my flight arrives there at 8pm. By the time I get my luggage, the car service drives me too Elevation, and I check in, it is generally past 9pm. So, one can not get dinner, except for frozen burrito or the...

"Thin walls. Loud family next door and heard every scream. Good mattress. Thin, lousy pillows. "

"Stairs, stairs, stairs. Do not stay here if you have mobility issues. Beds were comfy, breakfast was really impressive and the staff was adorable, helpful, responsive. SV is expensive so don't think the price of the room is an indicator of opulence "

"Great place if you're looking for ski-in/ski-out. Ski Valet was excellent - they keep your skis and boots - so you're not treking up snow to your room. Yodler Restaurant is great for lunch - wish they keep the Yodler for dinner instead of the Grill."
