Far exceeded my expectations, dined at chi,bimini,and oceana,all 3 were terrific, the spa was fantastic and the casino was great,cocktail waitresses were a constant presence. Cant wait to come back.

The bartenders were very limiting with drinks while I was gambling and the staff in the red coats seemed to follow me and my husband around while we were gambling and spending quite a bit of money there. Not cool. Felt profiled!!!!!

Was pleasantly surprised- let med the property. Only concern (which is common for all casinos) was the smell of smoking. They did have a non smoking area which was nice. Others than that - positive experience.

I loved when I called with questions (prior to my arrival) the staff were able to answer them politely! Upon arrival the staff member checked me in with a friendly smile and respect! On my way to my room, I encountered a housekeeping staff member who politely greeted me! She told me she was on her way home and wished me a nice stay! I loved how well maintained the room appeared upon entering as well as the next day when I returned!

It is a beautiful area and very inviting, the only thing I can complain about is having to travel so far through the casino and bar area to get where our room was. But it was a lovely stay and I would come again if I was in the area.
