"The staff was phenomenal! Service and support for any needs were met quickly. The room was extremely clean, and love the fact it was vinyl plank flooring and not carpet. The pool and hot tub were great condition and the pool area was nice. You get what you pay for, and this was great all around for my needs in needing a comfortable place to stay during a convention. Wish they had a room safe, but that would be my only complaint."

"I enjoyed very much my stay at the hotel. The room was outstanding- big, clean, quiet and very comfortable. It looked like it had been renovated recently. I want to exalt the service commitment of Joe Morgan, who went out of his way to help me find a coffee place before 6am. Hope it is recognized by management."

"I'm a little frustrated over this stay. My family stayed here for her cheer competition. The morning of the competition, my daughter came down with a stomach virus that led to 12 bouts of vomiting. Unfortunately my daughter didn't make it to the bathroom the first time, which led to vomit on the sheets and comforter. Because of this, I didnt get my deposit back. I've never stayed at a hotel that penalized parents for a child getting sick. Otherwise it was an okay stay."
