I recently had a wonderful stay at The Westin Bonaventure. The staff, especially Sacura (I think that’s how it’s spelled : ) at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure my experience was perfect. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made all the difference. The amenities were fantastic—everything from the valet service, and dining options without having to leave the facility were bonuses!
