"The hotel was great, picture perfect in image and the staff were brilliant. However it was slightly let down by the shower pressure being so high that it felt like it was cutting you. The private pools outside the rooms are very cold as they are constantly in the shade so more of a tonic than a use. Lastly it’s easy to be led that you can have breakfast in your private pool with floating tray of delicious food. But this is just for instagram and not a feature allowed by the staff. "For some reason my reservation didn't show up in the system when i arrived, but the staff handled it professionally and provided me an upgrade so I was happy. The room was comfortable, with nice linens and other nice touches, like a variety of teas, q tips, and fancy shampoo and conditioner. All of the staff were very nice, and spoke perfect English (and other languages) and provided helpful tips for my visit. The hotel is in a convenient location where it's located near the nice grocery store...
