"Very quiet hotel, down laneway. 10 minute walk to train station. North of Imperial garden. Japanese breakfast was great way to start the day. The public onsen bath was great way to unwind at end of tourist day. Staff were very courteous and helpful. If ever back to Tokyo, would stay again."

"The Hotel Ryumeikan Tokyo is conveniently located to many of the transportation options in Tokyo. It was easy to get around from this central base. The room was clean, staff was great, and the breakfast buffet had wonderful choices. The one glitch was the working of the air conditioning upon arrival. The staff worked on it and it got working but it was very warm for a bit upon arrival."

"Check-in process was simple and easy. Room amenities are good for the price. Room size is small for economy double. Assuming you’ll be walking around and touring the city all day, this likely isn’t an issue (it wasn’t for me). Location is perfect as it is a short walk distance from Shinjuku train station, as well as a walkable distance to all restaurants and bars. Limosine bus service also offered to/from Haneda Airport which is a major plus (not sure about Narita Airport). One minor issue...

"Very convenient to many things and places in Ginza. My only issue is the slow elevator especially when there are lots of people waiting. Otherwise it's a wonderful place to stay. "

"We stayed at the B Ochanomizu for 4 nights, and for us, it was the perfect location. Within easy walking distance of Akihabara and several different train lines, it made it incredibly convenient to get around the city. We even walked to Tokyo station in 25 minutes (to explore, there are lots of transit options) The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the hotel even had a free coffee machine and often little snacks as well. "Amazing to have a shuttle that takes you to the hotel directly from the airport. The hotel is attached to a shopping center/mall which is next to/attached to the train station so it is easy to get around. The selection of restaurants and stores is fine for a few days but may get boring for longer stays. Thankful that they had washing machines."
