"Great property. A noticeable sewage smell in the lobby; though that’s not necessarily the responsibility of the property itself. Awesome location with attentive, caring staff; daily breakfast was amazing and on-site dining in general, was a cut above. Would stay again and would also like to try the Park Hyatt, once it reopens. "Super convenient location since the subway runs in the same building. Concierge was a little less helpful than I’m used to. Rooms were also smaller than expected but I’ve heard that’s just a Tokyo thing. Great view and the restaurant / breakfast was excellent! I really enjoyed staying in this area too since it’s a bit more quiet than what you normally get in Tokyo. "
