"Obviously this area is still recovering from the hurricanes in 2024. The building elevators were not working, the rooms did not have telephones, and there were construction barriers and some debris. The beach was stark with no chairs or umbrellas. However , we had a great stay! We were told what to expect ahead of time. Our room was clean, spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and we loved the recliners. The oceanfront balcony can't be beat. We'll be back...

I do with the pillows had pillow cases and the bed frame be cleaner but hey, add a couple more channels and I’d rate it 4 stars. "

"We can't say enough great things about this hotel. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by the staff and received excellent service throughout our stay. The Mansion itself is beautiful and our room (204) was perfect. The pool and access to the adjacent bar were fantastic for our "pool days." The pool never got crowded and there were plenty of lounge chairs and beach towels provided. "The location on the bay was amazing. Benita that greeted is was very friendly and helpful with places to visit in the area. I loved the presidential suite because it opened up directly to the dock. If I visit again, I would consider staying here again. "
