The treatment of all the staff was always friendly and the girls at the reception always had a smile when greeting them. When I checked out at 6:30 am, they did not give me a receipt and I am not sure if they released my $100 deposit to my credit card. I must wait for the report from my bank or provide the email to contact them."

"This hotel is always our go to when passing through Nashville. We have been stopping there for over 5 hears when heading to Florida. This year when we made the reservation and arrived, we were informed there is now a parking fee. We don't ever remember having to pay that before. It was only $25, but feels like that should have been something that was brought up before we reserved the room. We shouldn't have to pay for parking if we purchased a room for the night.
