The best part about the stay was the location. The hotel itself was outdated, dirty, old furniture stored outside in the breezeway of the 1st and 2nd floor. The sheets had mold(i have pictures to prove it) The lady at the desk was extremely rude and dismissive. The sink was rusty with mildew (yes, i took pics) The toilet didn't have top over it.The door looked as if it was kicked in and patched back up. $20 a day to park was very expensive. Should be free parking for guests or at least $8 to $10 a day. Urine and throwup was in the elevator. Reported it and it was still there the next morning. 1st and last time picking this location

Proximity to downtown was good. Very run down exterior and room. Some rooms are being renovated, lots of construction noise. Pleasantly surprised with the included breakfast.
