"Incredibly attentive and kind staff. Went out of their way to help me often. Extremely affordable. Accidentally booked a smoking room. Previous tenants have burned the walls and stained the fixtures with cigarettes. Hall itself smells as well. On no smoking floors it was cleaner and smelled nice. I only ever saw the same cleaning woman on my floor. She was amazing and efficient. The rooms need deeper cleaning, especially on smoking floors. The hotel should consider giving their staff more...

"We only stayed one night. It seems to be a convenient location for last night stay before leaving for Haneda. It was a short train ride with a transfer, so it serve its purpose. Otherwise this is an average hotel…mostly needs updating."
