"Messed up my reservation, didn't let me know. Lost a night for which I wasn't refunded although they offered to, and amenities were not at all as described in Expedia. There's no TV signal, TVs not pre-connected to wifi, no info on the password, gave me pass 3 options none worked. Pretty pics that don't live up to the actual experience. I'm never coming back."

"What a treat! This hotel is definitely worth the trip up the mountains! We stayed for one night in the superior tent and it was amazing! The view, the service, the jacuzzi, the hospitality. We even got to meet the owner at the restaurant (breakfast is free with your stay). The room had a fridge and big screen tv where we watched Netflix. I was so sad we had to leave but we’ll definitely be back!"

The motel is a couple blocks from the beach and a couple of blocks from Manuel Antonio. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was great. "I’ve stayed here before. It’s a great place, right on the beach. The studio suite was perfect. Very large and comfortable beds, s small kitchenette. Howler, capuchin, and spider monkeys visit the property all of the time. We say more monkeys at the hotel than around the parks. Only the smallest possible complaint. On the upper floor, some sort of nut or seed regularly hits the metal roof. It makes a bang. It’s not disturbing or anything, but it’s there. Don’t be surprised."
