The local bus could be caught nearby to the National Park or Quopos for under £1 and was frequent. Outside the hotel we saw sloth with baby and Tucans in the trees. "We really liked this hotel. The location was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean but the bathrooms were a little tight for space. They brag about their coffee and for good reason - it was delicious - especially the Americano con leche. "This town has really changed for the better! There's a great restaurant a few blocks away called Baru I think it was... Sanchez was also good, and there's a place to have your laundry done about a block away, Sanchez hostle. And polllandia was also great food, close walk to the bus station, we drove but traffic was terrible! I liked Quepos better than Manuel Antonio this time, the pushy people and crowds were just ridiculous in Manuel Antonio. I'd stay at this place and just take a cab over...
