"We really liked this hotel. The location was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean but the bathrooms were a little tight for space. They brag about their coffee and for good reason - it was delicious - especially the Americano con leche. We did find the water to be intermittently hot in the showers and when the hotel had more guests it was a little louder. We would recommend. "

"Only one problem - no water in room to wash with- the water completely shut down twice. Once in the morning in middle of showers. The response was quick and fixed both times but no one likes soap in their eyes they can’t wash out. They only gave us a small discount off extras for the inconvenience which should have been a bit more. None the less we would definitely return and recommend because everything else was wonderful. The food was very good and when you stay there you receive a 15% discount on food and drinks. They gave you a tour of the property and provided important information upon check in.
