"FYI: They don’t tell you at the beginning when you check in but you must return all keys when you checkout or you will get charged $20 US per key. Towels are $40 US or they will charge you so make sure you count the towels and make sure to return them. We found out when we were checking out! Now the hotel itself it’s a beautiful place, Our booking included breakfast which which was great The service personnel in the restaurant were very kind. Cleaning crew were super nice and very lovely people. The ladies at reception were nice as well, except the men, very rude. They do have laundry service at reasonable prices and return them the same day so very convenient! "

"I’ve stayed here before. It’s a great place, right on the beach. The studio suite was perfect. Very large and comfortable beds, s small kitchenette. Howler, capuchin, and spider monkeys visit the property all of the time. We say more monkeys at the hotel than around the parks. Only the smallest possible complaint. On the upper floor, some sort of nut or seed regularly hits the metal roof. It makes a bang. It’s not disturbing or anything, but it’s there. Don’t be surprised."

"Brand new hotel still under construction. The rooms were nice. Great views. Clean even under construction. The hills are a little tough to go up and down from the parking to the room areas. They still need to work out some kinks but for the most part a nice hotel."

"After a week of rain in Costa Rica, we finally arrived at Manuel Antonio Beach and the Karahe Beach Hotel and we loved it! We had a room near the beach & restaurant. The grounds were beautiful, room was convenient to the pool, beach & restaurant and the staff was very friendly and helpful! "
