Red Line train stop is 2 blocks away so you can easily get out and see other Chicago highlights on the North Side. Oak St and North Ave beaches are 20 and 30 minute walks away. One con about this location to consider: its a block away from a hospital so you hear ambulances ALL NIGHT LONG. City dwellers wont mind because we're used to the noise, but sensitive sleepers from quieter parts of the country might be overwhelmed. "
