"I get that it’s a downtown hotel, but it seemed HUGE, at least the first floor/lobby did. The ceilings were high, the space was wide open to the point of being impressive. The rooms were modern and well laid-out, the bed was comfortable, the view was spectacular, and the design was clearly with the comfort and convenience of the guest in mind."

"The property itself is nice and with updated furnishings. Staff was courteous and professional. I am, however, very disappointed with the online booking as I expected a room with a separate seating area as pictured online. My room was an ordinary room with double beds and there was not even a bedside chair. I had paid more for this “club” room. I asked the front desk to at least provide me with another chair as my room mate and I did not want to only have the option of sitting on the beds. We...
