"The hotel is very comfortable. The suite was very spacious and had everything we needed. Housekeeping was subpar. When we arrived the lights in the rooms did not work. Maintenance came and fixed them in a timely manner. The bars and restaurants were very understaffed. One bar..Redtail and 1 bartender for the entire bar on Sunday which was the NFL playoff game..I felt bad for him.. The place was packed.. It's a quiet hotel..Never heard any noise from the hallways.
