"Staff was great! Everybody was knowledgable and polite. Property is poorly designed. Very difficult to find anything. The building has no flow. Locating elevators, entrance/exit doors is maddening. Main entrance from Las Vegas Boulevard is particularly bad. It has a moving sidewalk similar to an airport. Trouble is, that sidewalk has a long, ramp-like hill to it that makes you feel as if you are going to be thrown on your head. "
