All-inclusive Hotel in United States of America from SAR 490

"We enjoyed the property and had a lovely room. Amenities were as advertised- great beach with chairs, decent restaurant and gym and adult pool. The only negative was the front desk. The people were very nice, but it took a long time to check in on arrival and to check out on departure (tried the check out via TV option, but it didn't work). Need to do more staff training on check in/out procedures. But overall, was a lovely stay with fine service- a good value."

"From the time we arrived to the time we left, nothing but smiling friendly faces. The staff was great. Despite the cold weather, we enjoyed our visit to Omni in Hilton Head. Property appears to have been updated as our room was clean and very spacious. Nice little kitchenette and bar. Beds comfortable, etc. Certainly give the location, the property and the stafff all high marks. Plus its is literally in the beach…walk out pool area and your in the the beach. "

"Best 5 star resort in Florida keys, from the rooms, pools, beach area and staff. The staff at the hotel were so friendly, helpful and generous. A kind member of staff gave us an extra 25 cent for the laundry after helping to explain how it works. The rooms had modern facilities but the beautiful layout was classical beach house designed to make you feel completely relaxed.
