"All incidents aside, I enjoyed my stay. The rooms and room services were on point. The only thing i did not like was that the jacuzzi's jets were disabled and we were not allowed to enjoy amenities that we paid for."

"Prestige club check-in and check-out people were gracious and very helpful. Club staff was also very gracious. Loved the gym and adjacent sandwich/smoothie/coffee shop. Didn't see the pool, but adult kids said it was nice. Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Only negative was an interaction with a dealer and a pit boss. I get it that they were just doing their jobs when checking the IDs of my young-looking 22 and 24-year-old sons. But they were rude and aggressive, demanding their IDs...
