"We have been booked and stayed in Platinum numerous time. This staying is little bit different. One of the reason I chose this hotel because of the pool, indoor /outdoor pool on winter is a must for my family. But...when we got there, the pool was broken, bummer! Since they have bigger bath tub in the room, so its not really a big problem for my kids. Problem solve. And, what special, Im not sure if its upgraded, but we got the room that face the Sphere, its awesomely WOW. "

"We loved how friendly and helpful all the staff on the property was. We loved the shuttle to and from the mall it was really fast to get to from the airport a great family place will definitely refer our friends and hopefully be back "
