"The shower was dirty, I payed $170 For a King bedroom and they moved me to a Queen One because de AC wasn't working. Y no me devolvieron la diferencia. El piso esta pegajoso, yo estaba en la 207 y la puerta de las escaleras estaba cerca de esa habitación y fue muy difícil conciliar el sueño y descansar. En fin fue un pesadilla. "

"We were sent away once arriving because they said they were NO LONGER A HOTEL. We were told it was now a HOMELESS SHELTER. It being a shelter now wasn't the problem, being told when we arrived was a shock to us. ●●●●□HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ●●●●"

"Everything was such a great experience. The location was perfect for going out and exploring the city. The area felt very safe. The hotel room was comfortable and the bar was great. I really liked the bartender there named Nick who was very kind but also knowledgeable on drinks. The price was also very fair. We will be back!"
