"I had an amazing stay I was very tired from driving once I got there... I went into my room took a shower and went to sleep it was the most comfortable bed I have been in in a while. Thank you so much and next time I come up north I will be staying at the Aloft😁"

"Reserved and paid 2 months in advance. Arrive for check in and the parking lot was empty and there was a handwritten "closed for business" sign. Attempted to contact the property of course were unsuccessful. No notice, no refund. Further research showed the property was actually sold last year to the city and is no longer a hotel. Not sure why I was allowed to make a reservation in the 1st place."

"I didn't like that the pet rates didn't match what it said online. I also didn't like that I couldn't get a receipt in person. Otherwise, this was a good place to stay for my purpose. Will stay again. "

"Very courteous and knowledgable staff. Kind and considerate. Wass able to answer all questions quicikly. Very spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. Highly recomend to others to stayl. If i am ever in San jose again thiss is the place I will be staying"

"This was a cute, older place off the 17. Backs to the Los Gatos Trail for a quick walk to the Pruneyard. It was clean, the front desk was friendly and there was a very decent free breakfast. "
