We stayed here for Billie Eilish's concert that was happening down at the SAP center and was really surprised with how calm and safe the area around the hotel is. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, just a tad dated, parking was abundunt and plentiful, and there are plenty of stores nearby. We did use public transportation to get to the concert venue and that was easy to use as well since the bus stops were of walking distance. We also took advantage of the free breakfast and that was pretty awesome to. Its a simple standard breakfast but it is filling and the options are great. Overall, would definitely come and stay here again.

Friendly staff, close to places to grab a quick bite. Easy to park in the lot. Check in/out very smooth. Room was good sized. I was on the side facing the street. There was a tiny bit of street noise, but I was pleasantly surprised at how little it was. Nice extras like a bath robe. Beds had reading lamps. Could use an extra chair (besides the desk chair). Housekeeping on request only (which I prefer).

I have stayed at Maple Tree Inn MANY times. Most of the time it is quiet enough, which is very important to me to sleep. The bed is always comfortable, and the free breakfast is yummy. I'll be back again and again. Happy Holidays everyone!

I was there for my business trip. It was a good experience, especially breakfast including rice and miso soup! I didn't feel welcome when I checked in first at the front desk. The lady took a while to chat with her friend/coworker to finish chatting, but other than that, I have no complain about my stay. Thank you!

A friend and myself had two joined rooms. His television remote was not working and he was told that he had to be a foot away, my remote worked as intended though (remotely). When he asked for new batteries the attendant said “we don’t do that” but she did over him a new room, which was unnecessarily excessive given the issue. The parking spaces could use a bit more separation but that’s not a big deal. Breakfast was as to be expected from a continental so no complaints. Hot tub was nice. Housekeeping was a bit rude when we asked if they happened to have batteries, we received a hearty finger wag at that request. I wouldn’t stay there again.
