"Great hotel, staff and location."

"Loved our stay at the Fairmont. I would definitely come back again. The staff made the stay so much better. not a lot of parking around. But the hotel has valet on the side of the building. 90$ overnight and other fees added. Overall great experience the hotel!"

"We come here alot but this time we got room 209 and got woken up a few times with a dog barking in the neighborhood behind us and the noisy maids cart rolling around so early and dropping things."

"Stay away from here! Too dangerous. Never experienced anything like this before. The inn was surrounded with wanderers and trespassers shouting and fighting. The building/parking lot was dark with no valid lights. The office was closed, lights off, and vacant to the point that we did not attempt to get out of the car for check-in. Broken glasses in the parking lots and the roads surrounding. Safer to sleep on the streets by Ghirardelli Square."
