Find Hotel with a Concierge in Silicon Valley, CA

"The room was very nice and very roomy. Upon entering the room, we noticed the room was also very clean. It had a large flat screen TV, free coffee in the room. The bed was very comfortable. I have given this hotel a n excellent rating but there are few things I feel I should address. One is the shower; you have a rainfall shower head and a handheld shower head. If you look at the water handle it shows red one direction and blue the other direction which usually means the control of the water...

"Arrived quarter after check in time and the room was not ready so they put a rush to get it ready. Check in staff was awesome, they were apologetic and accommodated our wait with refreshments. The room smelled like old carpet cloaked in floral scented fabreze or some sort of air freshener since it was just cleaned. We almost asked for another room. We turned up the heater temperature, made coffee and peeled tangerines to change the smell and it worked so we didn’t have to ask for a different...

"It is near Stanford and the shopping area. Near mera and Google."

"We were greeted warmly upon arrival. Because of an event we were attending on check out morning, we requested a late check out. The clerk was very kind and accommodated. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I felt missing was a microwave. Glad we had a small refrigerator!"
