"This is how a hotel should be run. Its clean, the staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are well stocked with coffee and the room is not excessively cleaned every day. I dislike towels washed every single day even if they have not been used. They are ask you to call house keeping if you need a room cleaning. The breakfast was very good, hot options, and loads of coffee. Staff ran around making sure everything was well stocked and clean."

"The property is outdated, old carpet. The rooms are tiny and expensive. There is only one bar and there is nothing in the area so you’re pretty much stuck at the hotel the whole time and that’s you’re driving. Nothing walking distance. (perfect for a Niners game, however, great America is out of business)"

"Overall our stay here was very good. The service was great and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The only complaint we had was the pillows were pretty awful. Very crunchy!"
